EU’s GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)

On 13th December 2024 the EU’s GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) legislation came into force. The Windsor Framework agreed between the UK and the EU means that, despite being part of the UK, Northen Ireland must also abide by this legislation. The costs involved in employing the compliance services required to follow this legislation makes it impossible for small businesses, like ours, to comply and therefore we have taken the difficult decision not to supply our products to the EU or Northen Ireland.  

Any orders from these countries will be cancelled and refunded immediately on receipt, unless the delivery address is within the United Kingdom. We will continually monitor the situation and update as necessary.
