How do I order?
Select 'Add to Cart' to add a product to your shopping cart. A summary of the items in your basket will then be shown. To order select 'Checkout', to add more products select 'Continue Shopping'. In the Checkout section you will be asked to provide your personal details along with your credit/debit card details. Once your order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified during checkout.
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards & debit cards. We use PayPal as our secure shopping basket solution. You can pay instantly, even without a PayPal account.
Can I Pay by Cheque?
No, sorry, we are unable to accept cheques.
What are the delivery costs?
For delivery in the UK we charge a nominal £2.00 towards the Postage and Packing costs for orders of £6.55 and under. For orders between £6.56 and £35.00 we charge £4.50 towards the Postage and Packing. Orders above £35.00 are sent post free. For delivery ito the Rest of the World we charge at cost. Please contact us for details.
Please note that due to the new General Product Safety Regulations implemented by the EU we are unable to supply to the following Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain or Sweden. Due to the current agreement between the EU and the UK this also applies to Northen Ireland.
Any orders received from any of these countries will therefore be cancelled and refunded unless the delivery address is in the UK.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch stock items within 1 working day. Personalised items are dispatcehd within 2-3 working days.
Do you sell overseas?
Yes, but please contact us first at [email protected] to establish the costs of carriage to your location.
